This new generation of winemakers prioritizes thoughtful farming, earlier picking, and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the character of the vineyard and vintage to shine through. The tasting will feature diverse varietals from the Sierra Foothills, Central Coast, and Napa Valley, highlighting a spirit of experimentation that is reshaping California’s wine identity.
